A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Critical Care Float Pool! In this role, you will float between various critical care units based on staffing needs, including ICU, PCU, etc. This is an exciting opportunity to use and expand your diverse clinical skillset and join a growing, compassionate team that promotes an inclusive work culture.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care.
• Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
• Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
• Administer medication to patients as directed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license.
• 1+ years of acute care nursing experience is required.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule: 3x12, 7p-7a
• Compensation: $38.50-55/hr. base, depending on experience, +30% base pay float pool differential + $5/hr. night differential!
• +$25,000 Sign-On Bonus!
