Job Description

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to float between multiple critical care environments, including the ICU, PCU, and Telemetry, while expanding your clinical expertise and contributing to an inclusive, supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across various critical care units.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, including patient histories and physical evaluations, and develop individualized care plans.
• Accurately document all care provided and track patient progress toward clinical goals.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and post-discharge instructions.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively in accordance with clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience required (critical care experience preferred).

Position Details

• Permanent position, 24-36 hours/week
• 12-hour shifts, days or nights
