A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for a Registered Nurse for its Medical/Surgical Float Pool! In this role, you will float between various units based on staffing needs, including Medical, Surgical, Telemetry, and Step-Down Units. This is an exciting opportunity to use and expand your diverse clinical skillset and join a growing, compassionate team that promotes an inclusive work culture.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care.
• Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
• Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
• Administer medication to patients as directed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license.
• 1+ years of acute care nursing experience is preferred.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule: 3x12, 7p-7a
• Compensation: $36.75-53/hr. base, depending on experience, +30% base pay float pool differential + $5/hr. night differential!
• +$25,000 Sign-On Bonus!
