A prestigious healthcare system in New Hampshire is seeking a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to join one of its hospitals located on the scenic shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Position Overview

As a Medical/Surgical RN, you will deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care to adult patients in an acute care setting. You will play a vital role in care coordination, patient education, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, evaluate, and adjust patient care in accordance with established standards of practice
• Assess patient conditions, interpret diagnostic tests, and communicate findings with physicians and care teams
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patient response
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
• Document nursing care, interventions, and patient progress toward clinical goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license
• 1+ year of Medical/Surgical experience preferred
