Job Description

A renowned rehabilitation hospital network is searching for a Registered Nurse for one of its hospitals on the seacoast in New Hampshire. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for patients within an assigned patient population. You will engage in caring relationships with patients and families, work collaboratively with other healthcare staff, and use sound judgment while performing nursing and medical interventions. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care.
• Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
• Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
• Administer medications to patients as directed.

Qualifications:

• An ADN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
• Active RN license.
• 1+ years of acute care experience.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule 5x8, 3p-11p
• Pay; $35-51/hr. base, depending on experience + differentials.
