Our client, a growing leader in their industry, is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Specialist to join their team in West Fargo, ND.What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers with a smile, assist with product selection, and provide solutions tailored to their needs.
- Sales & Service: Process orders, manage returns and warranties, and proactively follow up with customers on quotes or requests.
- Relationship Building: Build long-lasting connections with customers, becoming their trusted go-to resource.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot, answer questions, and recommend alternative or substitute products when needed.
- Inventory Management: Help keep inventory organized and well-stocked, promoting surplus or sale items to customers.
- Warehouse Assistance: Pitch in with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends through training and team collaboration.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years in customer service, sales, or a related field. Industry-specific experience (e.g., HVAC, construction, or technical sales) is a plus but not required.
- Customer-Centric: A natural problem solver who listens actively and provides professional, solution-oriented service.
- Detail-Oriented: Accurate in documentation, order entry, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Proactive & Adaptable: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can multitask with ease.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 70 pounds.
