In this role, you’ll spearhead business development efforts, uncover new client opportunities, and help top-tier talent find their perfect match. What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute creative strategies to attract new clients and uncover job openings.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner in their hiring process.
Negotiate fees and contracts, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
Recruitment & Talent Solutions:
Manage the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and presenting candidates to clients.
Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and identify top-tier talent.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring insights to clients and candidates.
Collaborative Growth:
Act as a key link between sales and recruiting efforts, ensuring seamless client and candidate experiences.
Share best practices, support your teammates, and contribute to our agency's positive and high-energy culture.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, business development, or recruiting (but we’re open to ambitious learners with the right mindset!).
A knack for negotiation, with the ability to create mutually beneficial agreements.
