Are you a finance professional with a passion for numbers and leadership? We’re seeking a dedicated Controller to take charge of accounting and finance functions at a growing facility in Audubon, MN. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency while supporting strategic decision-making. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee key financial functions including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Lead month-end closings, and prepare and distribute financial statements with in-depth analysis.
• Support facility operations with cost accounting, labor modeling, and financial forecasting to assist in making informed business decisions.
• Directly supervise the Warehouse Manager, handling all aspects of staffing, performance appraisals, and employee development.
• Monitor and report on production costs, efficiency, and profitability. Coordinate audit-related tasks and conduct financial analyses to optimize plant operations.
• Work closely with the Corporate Controller and other divisions to maintain consistent financial practices across the organization.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Proven management or supervisory experience is a must.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with accounting software and a solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
