What You'll be Doing:

• Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate records and distribute monthly reports to support informed decision-making.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Ensure precision in payment processing and oversee invoicing for seamless financial operations.
• Payroll Management: Handle payroll transactions and maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Grant Accounting: Provide meticulous oversight of grant-funded projects, monitoring expenses and ensuring financial compliance.
• Other Duties: Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, support CFO with audit preparation, and assist with various financial activities as needed.

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance-related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive financial management experience. Familiarity in non-profit fund accounting a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Sage, or similar systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with a knack for managing multiple projects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
