- Maintaining manufacturing processes and equipment for optimum performance and quality.
- Collaborating with Plant Manager and Manufacturing Engineers on production improvement initiatives.
- Conducting scheduled preventative maintenance and troubleshooting equipment concerns.
- Fabricating metal components using advanced shop equipment.
- Mechanical prowess with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Proficiency in fabrication using milling machines, lathes, and woodworking equipment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High school diploma required; 2-year degree preferred.
