What You'll be Doing:
Maintaining manufacturing processes and equipment for optimum performance and quality.
Collaborating with Plant Manager and Manufacturing Engineers on production improvement initiatives.
Conducting scheduled preventative maintenance and troubleshooting equipment concerns.
Fabricating metal components using advanced shop equipment.
Who we are looking for:
Mechanical prowess with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
Proficiency in fabrication using milling machines, lathes, and woodworking equipment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
High school diploma required; 2-year degree preferred.
