- Accurate and timely processing of complete payroll procedures.
- Handling bi-weekly payroll for all domestic subsidiaries.
- Preparing payroll balancing, tax tie outs, journal entries, and reporting.
- Processing W2 statements and assisting employees with payroll inquiries.
- Overseeing administration of invoice and expense software.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience in processing multi-state payroll.
- Familiarity with UKG Pro system is preferred.
- Understanding of accounting principles and payroll-related audits.
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Accounting or Finance.
