We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our clients team. As a Journeyman HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure their optimal functionality. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success and customer satisfaction of our HVAC services. This is a direct hire position with our client.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve HVAC system malfunctions and issues promptly and efficiently.
• Perform system testing and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns or inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of all service and maintenance activities performed.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and technologies related to HVAC systems.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times.

Who We're Looking For:

• Journeyman HVAC Technician certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

What Our Client Offers:

• Hourly rate of $33.40, prevailing wage.
• 1/2 single coverage paid by employer (works out to about 360/month, $3,000 deductible)
