What You'll be Doing:

• Safety First: Prioritize safety in all your work activities.
• Utilize computers for record-keeping and information retrieval.
• Operate seed conditioning equipment with precision, including quality checks.
• Thoroughly clean equipment between runs to maintain product integrity.
• Safely climb stairs and ladders for equipment monitoring and adjustment.
• Ability to lift and stack materials.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Shift Flexibility: First shift May through September (7 am – 3:30 pm), and second shift October to April (3 pm – 1 am)
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
