Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Maturity & Continuous Improvement Analyst with expertise in P3M3 (Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management Maturity Model) or OPM3 (Organizational Project Management Maturity Model) to lead our Core Programs Maturity Assessment and alignment with strategic improvement initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the maturity assessment across all portfolios and identifying maturity advancement in alignment with central strategic initiatives, thereby contributing to their overall success and competitiveness of Core Programs.

What you will do:
• Support execution leaders to analyze assessment results in alignment with central strategic objective roadmaps.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand detailed outcomes of strategic initiatives and their advancement of maturity across Core Programs.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to measure the impact of implemented changes and identify further opportunities for enhancement.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, methodologies, and tools in project management and organizational maturity assessment frameworks and methodologies, leveraging models such as P3M3, OPM3, or P3O.
• Collaborate with leadership and project managers to conduct comprehensive assessments of their work type management maturity levels.
• Develop and deliver tailored training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to educate stakeholders on maturity matrix and assessment best practices and maturity improvement techniques.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with project teams, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their journey
towards competitiveness.
• Provide expert guidance across portfolio on integrating maturity advancement into annual strategic planning cycle for their work types.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvement strategic initiatives, track progress against maturity goals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by sharing insights, experiences, and best practices through articles, presentations, and other channels.

Who you are:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field; advanced degree or certification in project management is preferred.
• 8+ year or extensive experience in project management and organizational maturity assessment, with a focus on using frameworks such as P3M3, OPM3, or P3O.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams and drive organizational change; PROSCI or equivalent Organizational Change Management certification is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint online
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects and initiatives, from inception to completion.

Working Conditions:
• Full time hours in an office environment
• Stress levels can be above normal as project work is deadline oriented, highly visible and numerous priority project tasks are conducted simultaneously.
• Travel: limited
