Job Title: Contract Financial Analyst, Remote USA

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Analyst to join the Compliance Internal Controls Mapping team. ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging scripting to map legacy laws, rules, and regulations (LRRs) information to the LRR information in the GRC tool (Archer). The role involves identifying and resolving gaps with the support of the LRR library team who supports the GRC tool.

This position requires a blend of technical skills, analytical thinking, and a keen understanding of regulatory requirements. The individual should be able to work collaboratively with internal teams, display a high level of initiative, and be capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance internal controls mapping to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations
- Perform financial analysis, financial planning, and financial modeling
- Provide support in budget preparation and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in risk management, control mapping, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of scripting and GRC tools such as Archer.
- Experience with LRRs and their application in a business context.
- Knowledge of compliance internal controls mapping
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
