Position: Senior Consultant of Compliance Risk Assessment (Remote, USA)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant of Compliance Risk Assessment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and risk management processes. The Senior Consultant of Compliance Risk Assessment is responsible for the establishment and operationalization of a compliance risk taxonomy. This role includes enhancing the compliance risk assessment methodology, developing job aids, and developing training materials based on taxonomy updates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and implement a comprehensive compliance risk taxonomy that categorizes risks and aligns them with organizational objectives.
- Refine existing risk assessment methodology to ensure the most accurate, efficient, and thorough analysis of compliance risks.
- Create job aids to assist team members and stakeholders in understanding and utilizing the compliance risk taxonomy and assessment methodology.
- Develop training materials for staff and stakeholders based on updates to the risk taxonomy, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
- Advising clients on compliance matters and regulatory requirements
- Conducting training sessions and workshops on compliance risk assessment and management
- Staying up-to-date with regulatory changes and trends in the compliance industry
- Collaborating with other consultants and professionals to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in compliance risk assessment and management
- Proven experience in quality assurance, consulting, and program management.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance risk in the banking industry and execution of a Quality Assurance Review Program.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with compliance risk assessment software and tools
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) are preferred
