Job Description

As an EPM subject matter expert, you will be responsible for shaping requirements both with our onshore team and directly with our clients to provide effective, deliverable solutions. You will be responsible for the high-level design, implementation, and operational support of all aspects of EPM platform. Responsibilities include process and technology design and support in implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Design, Implement, and Maintain different EPM solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Develop strategies and plans for EPM implementation, including identifying business requirements, selecting appropriate EPM technologies, by doing pre-option analysis of various EPM tools, and coordinating with other IT teams.
• Develop, review & confirm the high-level conceptual architecture for EPM solution.
• Responsible for EPM agent deployment, Policy creation such as Advanced Policies, User policies including Just in time Access, Default policies such as Ransomware protection etc., SET configuration, baseline creation & rolling out EPM enterprise wide.
• Establish a continual service improvement plan and improve overall EPM service, focusing on operational, process and resource efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT staff on EPM best practices.
• Develop & update endpoint privilege management procedures and standards.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience with Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues such as EPM agent connectivity related issues etc., understand tuning and available configuration settings.
• Experience in designing and standing up a new EPM environment or migration to a new environment.
• Ability to automate EPM functionalities leveraging vendor provided REST APIs.
• Experience in Third Party integrations with EPM such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, other directories for MFA & SSO.
• Strong experience across core IAM domains like Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management.
• Ability to communicate effectively to globally diverse teams using written communications, in-person, as well as over voice and video.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent level of education and experience in computer science or similar discipline.
• Design, develop, modify, maintain EPM solutions such as CyberArk EPM, BeyondTrust EPM, Delinia EPM etc.
• Endpoint Privileged Management tool technical certification and or hands-on experience in tools such as CyberArk EPM SaaS/on-prem or any other EPM tools
• Vendor certification such as CDE-EPM.
• CISSP or equivalent security certifications.
