Job Title: Contract Utility Re-Branding Project Manager

Location: North York, ON / Chatham, ON

Job Type: Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Utility Re-Branding Project Manager for a contract opportunity in North York, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and scheduling, building teams, and managing the re-branding project for our utility company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the rebranding of all major asset categories including but not limited to: external and internal building signage, fleet, pipeline markers, distribution and transmission station signage, CNG and LNG station signage, uniforms (PPE), access badges, email signatures, business cards and stationary, forms, external and internal applications, customer communications and marketing program materials (energy conservation programs, safety awareness programs etc.).
  • Coordinate maintenance and scheduling activities to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
  • Build and manage project teams, including internal and external resources
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and team members - Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related materials
  • Participate in project-related meetings and workshops as required
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
  • Strong organizational and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and manage high-performance project teams
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects on time and within budget
  • Experience in coordinating maintenance and scheduling activities
  • Knowledge of utility company operations and regulations
  • Proficient in project management software tools

Some Travel and overtime may be required.
