Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant

Location: Fresno, CA

Job Type: Temporary (6 month contract)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled administrative assistant to join their team on a temporary basis at their office in Fresno, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry - Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel - Make routine decisions regarding the prioritization and completion of tasks - Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings - Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members - Provide support for special projects as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Strong communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and accuracy - Previous experience in an administrative support role preferred
