Job Description:

Our company is looking for a skilled custodian to join our team on a temporary basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that our buildings, facilities, and fixtures are well-maintained and cleaned according to the company's standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and maintenance and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, and mopping - Clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms - Monitor building security and safety by performing regular inspections - Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines - Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
