Job Title: Contract Canadian Immigration Admin
Job Summary: We are seeking a Contract Canadian Immigration Admin to provide administrative support for our immigration services. The ideal candidate should have skills in Canadian immigration, legal writing, and phone communication.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the immigration team
- Communicate with clients over the phone and email
- Conduct research on immigration laws and regulations
- Prepare and submit immigration applications
- Draft legal documents and letters
- Schedule client appointments and meetings
- Maintain accurate records of client information and case files
- Attend immigration hearings and interviews with clients
- Keep up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law, immigration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Canadian immigration
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in legal writing and drafting legal documents
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Fluency in English and French
