Job Title: US Immigration Case Manager/Paralegal (Contract)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Canadian Immigration Paralegal with expertise in H1B application processing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Canadian immigration law, specifically related to H1B applications, and will be responsible for assisting clients with their immigration needs. The candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their immigration needs, including but not limited to H1B applications
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to immigration law
- Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, applications, and correspondence
- Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and case status
- Provide support to attorneys and other team members as needed
- Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration law and policies

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Canadian immigration law
- Strong understanding of H1B application processing
- Paralegal certification or equivalent education and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in other languages is an asset
