Job Description

Astute People is partnering with a leading power plant operator in Massachusetts  to recruit a Plant Technician (Level 3) for its Bellingham, MA site. 

The Plant Technician (Level 3) role comes with a competitive salary of $80K - $120K, 401K match, bonus and profit sharing scheme.

Responsibilities and duties 
 
Reporting to the site management team,  you will: 
 

• Preform pre planned and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot & diagnose faults.
• Document maintenance work on the maintenance management system.
• Work with the sites Operations team to ensure the plant is available to run efficiently.
• Pass on knowledge to other team members.
• Ensure all work adheres to strict health and safety procedures.

Professional qualifications 
 

We are looking for someone with the following: 
 

• 4 to 6 years experience gained a power plant setting.
• Ideally, hold a state licence or be willing to work towards one.
• College Degree Program or High School Diploma (or equivalent)
