Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Sr. Customer Service Representative with expertise in healthcare and inbound calling to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service. Key duties include managing callbacks, resolving customer issues, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of healthcare services, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information and assistance. - Manage callbacks to address unresolved issues and follow up with customers. - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. - Stay updated on healthcare policies, procedures, and services.

Qualifications: - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or related field is a plus.
