Job Title: Banking Call Center Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and professional Banking Call Center Representative to join our team. As a representative of our bank, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by answering their inquiries, resolving their complaints, and promoting our financial products and services. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, utilizing your strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information regarding their accounts and banking products.
Address customer complaints and concerns, provide solutions and escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote bank products and services, including credit cards, loans, and deposit accounts, to existing and potential customers.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and offer personalized solutions. Document all customer interactions and update customer records with relevant information. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the bank's products, services, policies, and procedures.
Meet individual and team targets in terms of customer satisfaction, sales, and productivity.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in finance or a related field is an asset.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in the banking industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language. Fluency in other languages is an asset.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet to provide effective solutions. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to ensure customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
Knowledge of banking products and services, including credit cards, loans, and deposit accounts.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
