Project Manager Project Manager Overview: We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team and support the successful management and execution of client projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing project progress, managing risks, coordinating resources, and ensuring clear communication across internal and external teams. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their interactions, relationships, and expectations for multiple projects, ranging from small to large in scale.
  • Conduct client meetings to clarify project requirements and confirm deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure projects are executed seamlessly, adhering to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Monitor the project life cycle, overseeing task progress and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Control project scope, budget, and schedules, employing suitable verification techniques to manage changes effectively.
  • Anticipate, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Ensure consistent and efficient information flow between clients and internal teams.
  • Review high-level deliverables and evaluate project performance, focusing on achieving both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation to support transparency and accountability.
  • Assign tasks to junior team members according to their skills, strengths, and experience levels.
  • Develop detailed project plans and share them with clients and relevant team members.
  • Provide regular updates and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Continuously enhance leadership skills and stay current through relevant conferences and training. Additional Duties:
  • Participate in weekly project management team meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between service delivery and sales to communicate project status effectively. Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience Requirements: At least 3 years of Project Management experience or 5 years in Project Coordination.
  • Certifications: PMP certification is a plus.
  • Risk and Change Management: Ability to identify, address, and escalate project- related risks and changes when needed.
  • Scheduling Expertise: Proven experience in developing and managing project schedules.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client-facing interactions.
  • People and Task Management: Proven capability in managing teams, along with risk and change management.
  • Independence and Team Collaboration: Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at resolving issues efficiently and proactively.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
  • Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with SharePoint and experience in the cybersecurity industry are advantageous. This position requires a proactive individual with solid project management expertise, a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a commitment to continuous improvement in managing complex projects.
