• This position will have oversight as Administrator for three fast-paced locations in the Western Tennessee market.

Ideal Candidate:

Your Responsibilities Will Include: 

• Directing and coordinating all operational functions across facilities to exceed customer expectations.
• Serving as a key liaison among the Governing Board, Medical Staff, and facility departments, presenting impactful reports on operational activities.
• Leading strategic planning for facility services and overall management of the partnership to drive growth and performance.
• Fostering a collaborative culture among staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational policies.
• Spearheading quality improvement initiatives and establishing strong relationships with the medical staff to enhance continuous care.

Required Experience:

• Proven ASC leadership experience or hospital surgical management
• Solid operations and financial management background
• Ability to cultivate strong, professional relationships while ensuring accountability
• GI experience is a plus, but not mandatory!
