The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) leads all dispensing operations at our long-term care pharmacy, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. As the main point of contact for the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy, the PIC upholds patient safety, oversees clinical practices, and drives quality through error prevention and staff development.

Lead operations, adjust workflow and supervise staff
Maintain work flow to
Direct employees and provide excellent customer service
Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks to Senior team in a timely manner
Develop action plans to insure company goals are met
Pharmacist in Charge - Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Pharm D in Pharmacy. Must be MN licensed.
3 to 5 years experience in pharmacy operations management
Strong communication and people skills
Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
