Exciting and strategic Admissions Director level opportunity - Riverside County, Southern CA!

• Our prestigious and award-winning acute care health system client is seeking a quality-focused Director-level leader in Admissions.

The Details:

• We seek a Director of Admissions to join our team and achieve objectives through influence, building trust, and fostering relationships with all levels.
• Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the effective operation of Revenue cycle, charge management, patient accounts management (clean and thorough registration, auditing, charge reconciliation, charge transfer, error corrections, contract review, denials management, and year end process), patient/physician friendly process flow, problem identification, resolution, and education.
• Responsible for Patient Access to drive the front-end process to enhance hospital revenue, collection, and performance, clean registration data, and month-end.
• Monitors and evaluates staff performance on all functions in the Admitting Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors required
• Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE), Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) preferred
• Eight plus years of experience, 5 of those in leadership in Patient Access/Admissions and hospital billing/collections in a hospital (acute care)
