This leadership role requires close collaboration with Project Management, Quoting, Drafting, Accounting, Sales, and Manufacturing departments to ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment with business goals. Direct onsite contact for executive leadership, oversee Project Managers, and play a critical role in setting production schedules, coordinating labor, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality and timely delivery.
