The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment and bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for assigned projects, coordinating communication between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Review architectural drawings, kitchen layouts, and equipment schedules to ensure project accuracy and alignment with scope.
  • Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and punch lists.
  • Track project timelines and proactively manage scheduling of equipment procurement, delivery, and installation.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate ordering of materials and equipment.
  • Communicate project updates and potential issues to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with field installation teams and subcontractors to resolve site issues as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, budgets, and internal standards.
  • Participate in project closeout, including final documentation, sign-offs, and handover.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction, foodservice, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with foodservice equipment and layouts is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with project management or ERP software is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively within an office environment.

Preferred Tools/Systems Experience:

  • SAGE or other ERP systems
  • AutoCAD or basic blueprint reading
  • Smartsheet, MS Project, or other scheduling tools

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Opportunities for growth within a stable, respected company
