Responsibilities of Master Service Technician – Compressed Air:
Independently perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on compressed air systems
Service a variety of systems including compressors, dryers (refrigerated & desiccant), boosters, tanks, and filtration
Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults using advanced tools and schematics
Mentor junior technicians and lead field troubleshooting efforts
Maintain safe working practices and uphold industry standards
Document service actions, maintain accurate records in company systems
Communicate effectively with industrial clients in high-demand environments
Promote additional service agreements, parts sales, and customer solutions
Requirements of Master Service Technician – Compressed Air:
10+ years of experience with mechanical, technical, electrical, HVAC, or maintenance work
At least 3+ years of focused industrial air compressor service experience
Advanced understanding of 3-phase power, high/low voltage, relays, contactors, AC/DC circuits
EPA Section 608 certification preferred
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
