Location: West Coast (Remote, with travel)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Western Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand our food service equipment sales across the West Coast. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships within the food service industry.- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and challenges.- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with regional sales initiatives.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the food service equipment industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
