- Competitive base salary $60,000-$80,000 plus uncapped commissions

Air Compressor Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Make 100+ targeted outbound sales calls daily
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers, generating interest and scheduling meetings or calls.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including preparing quotes, following up, and handling email communications.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track activities in the CRM system.
- Partner with the marketing team to maximize lead generation efforts from digital advertising.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously refine your skills through feedback, coaching, and sales training.
Air Compressor Inside Sales Representative Qualifications- Experience in sales of industrial rotating equipment is HIGHLY DESIRED, a related field is REQUIRED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone prospecting skills
- Negotiation and closing skills
