Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Chef to join our team permanently. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse culinary background and exceptional leadership abilities. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing innovative menus that align with our brand.
- Overseeing food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards.
- Managing kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintaining inventory and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Corporate Chef or similar role.
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in various cuisines.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Creative and innovative approach to menu development.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
