Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales - International to lead our global sales strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving international sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and a deep understanding of global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and manage the international sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve individual and team goals.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and success in international markets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role with a focus on international markets.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing international sales strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of global markets and cultural nuances.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
