Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Regional Sales to lead and expand our sales efforts in the Southeast Region. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales strategy, team leadership, and market expansion for Front-of-House tabletop sales. 40-60% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across the Southeast Region.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing regional sales strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed within the Southeast Region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
