Director of Risk Management – outstanding Southern California location!

• Our health system client seeks a Director of Risk Management to join their team and accomplish objectives through influence, building trust, and relationships with all levels (staff, peers, and physicians).
• Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the effective operation of various patient safety and risk management activities.
• Work closely with department directors and the executive team to implement corporate and facility risk reduction strategies.

• At least five years of experience in Risk Management, with at least 3 in leadership
• A strong acute care hospital background in California
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification preferred
• RN and legal background preferred
