**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage perioperative services in alignment with hospital policies and high standards of practice. (OR, Pre/Post, PAT, and Endo)
- Foster a culture of safety and quality within the surgical team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Mentor, motivate, and develop a team of skilled nursing professionals.
- Evaluate performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

**What We’re Looking For:**
- Current RN license in California and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience in perioperative services and three plus years in a nurse manager or supervisor leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for team development, and patient care excellence.
