Job Description: Director of Sales--Contract & Fabrication
Location: South Florida
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the contract and fabrication sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with chain restaurants and other key clients.
- Utilize AutoQuotes software to create accurate and competitive quotes for clients.
- Oversee the negotiation and execution of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of fabricated products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic planning.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the contract and fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of AutoQuotes software.
- Demonstrated success in working with chain restaurants and other large clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
