Lead pharmacy department, adjust workflow and supervise staff
Maintain financial stability with in the budget set by corporate
Direct employees and provide excellent customer service
Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks to management in a timely manner
Develop action plans to insure company goals are met
Pharmacist in Charge - Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Pharm D in Pharmacy
3 to 5 years experience in pharmacy operations management in LTC pharmacy
Strong communication and people skills
Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
