Service Manager – Industrial Equipment - AIR COMPRESSORS

We are looking for a dynamic Service Manager to lead our client's service department and manage a team of skilled service technicians. In this role, you will take ownership of all department operations and ensure customer and team satisfaction.

We're seeking someone who leads by example, mentors others, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves in a hands-on environment.

Service Manager Benefits & Pay:

• Competitive compensation of $125k - $140k+, depending on experience

Service Manager Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of service technicians
• Strong focus on team culture, job satisfaction, and employee retention
• Oversee daily operations of the service department
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Focus on growth, cost savings, and profitability.
• Hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, industrial environment

Service Manager Qualifications:

• Industrial air compressor, HVAC, or mechanical contractor experience is highly desirable
• Experience with industrial clients required
• Proven leadership experience in a service department
• Strong understanding of P&L and financial management
• Ability to lead from the front and make data-driven decisions
• CAGI certification is a plus!
