Contract Sales Manager – Commercial Foodservice Contract Project Sales

We have an Outstanding Opportunity for a results-driven Contract Sales Manager to lead and expand our contract sales division. This individual will develop strategic relationships, identify new business opportunities, and manage key accounts in various sectors, such as hospitality, healthcare, and education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the foodservice or commercial kitchen equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand contract sales within target industries.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the food service, hospitality, healthcare, and education sectors.
  • Manage the contract sales process from initial client engagement to project execution, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, design, logistics, and installation teams.
  • Work closely with manufacturers, distributors, and internal teams to source the most suitable kitchen equipment and solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to meet client needs and company objectives.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-ups, reinforcing long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract sales, preferably in the foodservice or commercial kitchen equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Experience working with general contractors, architects, and procurement teams is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
