Lead Service Technician

As a Lead Service Technician, you will collaborate closely with our client's operations team to deliver service of the highest caliber.

Lead Service Technician Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Spearheading our innovative machine-building process at the Connecticut facility (25%)
• Conducting machine refurbishments and parts replacements at the Connecticut location as required (25%)
• Traveling to customer production sites to provide on-site maintenance, repair, and parts replacement (50%)

Lead Service Technician Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead service technician specializing in mattress production machinery, particularly in the sew room.
• Proficiency in maintaining and servicing equipment from industry leaders such as Atlanta Attachment, Leggett and Platt, Porter International, and Gribetz International.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clear MVR
• Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and effective time management
• Ability and willingness to commute daily to Connecticut and travel up to 50% of the time.
