Fulfillment Supervisor - Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include supervising and assisting in all fulfillment functions, fostering employee engagement, and cultivating a team of individuals who are not only the right fit for their roles but also possess the desire and capability to excel. This position reports to the Director of Pharmacy.
Fulfillment Supervisor - Requirements
problem-solving skills, documentation, research and resolution skills
Ability to communicate effectively; strong verbal, written,
5+ years supervisory experience in a high-paced environment, preferably leading a team of 10+ hourly staff
3+ years’ experience as a contributor in in a high-paced, high-volume, and growing production environment
Pharmacy Technician licensed. Pharmacy Technician National Certification preferred
Ability to work an evening schedule
Proven track record of managing workflow through achieving / evaluating metrics and KPIs
Advanced computer skills; Proficiency in Framework and Docutrack preferred
