Join the prestigious team of our leading ASC facility accredited by the Joint Commission in the exciting Greater Austin market! We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced ASC Administrator to lead our state-of-the-art facility and drive growth and success.
**Compensation Range: $120,000 - $140,000 and Relocation Consideration Available**
**Ideal Candidate Qualifications for Administrator:**
- Ability to execute growth strategies
- Proven track record in recruiting physicians
- Strong financial acumen
- Experience with MD partnerships/relationships
- ASC Administrator experience preferred
**About Us:**
- 5 OR and 1 procedure room in a facility specializing in Orthopedics, GYN, Ophthalmology, and General Surgery
- Manage all aspects of operational functions and staff to exceed customer expectations
- Direct, coordinate, and control all operational processes while maintaining clinical and financial excellence
**Responsibilities and Expectations for our ASC Administrator role:**
- Oversee daily facility operations
- Act as liaison between Governing Board, Medical Staff, and all departments
- Manage staffing, operations budget, and capital budget
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies
- Lead business operations, personnel administration, clinical services, quality improvement, and medical staff relationships
**Administrator Required Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Master's degree (MBA) preferred
- Minimum three years of top administrative/management experience in the healthcare field
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
