Job Summary for Market Director Case Management:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Market Director of Case Management to join our organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and advancing our Case Management strategy. As the Market Director, you will lead and mentor a team of professionals and provide expert consultation in the field. You will execute the strategic plan, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, optimize resource utilization, enhance revenue cycle processes, prevent denials, and ensure safe and timely patient throughput.

Market Director Case Management Responsibilities:

- Execute the strategic plan for Case Management and provide subject matter expertise in Case Management regulations and standards.

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing Case Management.

- Optimize resource utilization and implement effective revenue cycle processes.

- Develop strategies for denial prevention and improve patient throughput.

- Integrate national standards for Case Management, including utilization management, transition management, and care coordination.

- Collaborate with physicians, allied health professional administrators, corporate, finance department staff, supply chain staff, vendors, and internal and external individuals in the organization.

Qualifications for Market Director Case Management:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, or Healthcare Administration is required. An advanced degree in a related discipline is preferred.

- Five (5) years in hospital Case Management Leadership is required.

- Multi-site hospital Case Management leadership experience preferred.

- RN or LCSW/LMSW license or relevant experience required.

- Accredited Case Manager (ACM) certification preferred.
