Ideal Candidate for RN Director of Telemetry:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Director of Telemetry to join our team in Arizona. As the Nursing Director of Telemetry, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the Telemetry department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for the Telemetry department.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to staff members, ensuring a productive and cohesive team environment.
  • Oversee the department's workflow and operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Maintain budgetary and fiscal accountability for the department.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate patient care and achieve organizational goals.
  • Continuously assess and improve the department's services and standards of care.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
  • Approve timekeeping, employee evaluations, and supply orders.
  • Engage in strategic planning for the department.

Qualifications RN Director of Telemetry:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing. A Master's degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • Current Arizona Registered Nurse License or eligible.
  • Minimum of five years of nursing management experience in a hospital setting, with at least three years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
