Job Description for RN Director Women’s and Infant Services:

We are currently seeking a Nursing Director of Women’s and Infant Services to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in the department's effective operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and enforce policies, procedures, standards, and objectives
• Direct and supervise staff and workflow
• Ensure the ongoing effective operation of the assigned Nursing department
• Support the hospital's mission, vision, goals, and objectives
• Focus on providing excellent care to patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and the community
• Continuously assess, improve, coordinate, and integrate department services and standards of care
• Approve timekeeping, employee evaluations, supply orders, and department strategic planning
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory standards

Qualifications for RN Director Women’s and Infant Services:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Preferred: MSN (Master of Science in Nursing)
• Five years of nursing management experience in a hospital setting, with at least three years of supervisory experience
• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License
