Outside Sales Representative - Pouch Packaging Industry

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our client's team. This exciting opportunity allows the flexibility to be based anywhere in the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pouch packaging industry -- our client's target market, and if you have familiarity of Thermal Transfer Overprinting (TTO) Equipment -- that is a major plus!

Outside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outside sales activities within the assigned geographic region, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the pouch packaging industry.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
• Work from a personal home office, engaging in heavy inside sales activities to effectively manage client accounts, respond to inquiries, and generate new business opportunities.
• Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and expertise in the pouch packaging market.
• Actively pursue and close sales opportunities, meeting and exceeding established targets.

Outside Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, pouch packaging industry highly desired.
• Familiarity with Thermal Transfer Overprinting (TTO) is a significant advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively articulate product benefits and value propositions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote/home office setting.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in a related field.
• Aggressive and goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

Location: Anywhere in the USA
