RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MANAGER OF SURGICAL SERVICES

1. LEADERSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT:

• Provide visionary leadership to the surgical services team, including surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists, and support staff.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, encouraging open communication and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

2. OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT

• Collaborate with other department managers and hospital leadership to optimize workflow and patient throughput.

3. QUALITY ASSURANCE
